When you purchase a software package from Newbyte Educational Software with a full site license - Newbyte Educational Software grants to the school, college or university the right to copy the software and manual as many times as they require, for use on the single site (one place) for which the software was purchased.
The site refers to the school, college, university or campus, provided it is at the one single location. If you have any questions about your situation please contact us.
Librarians please note that the software CD or image may never be loaned to any person except for the express purpose of installing on computers and networks which remain on the site.
Distribution of the software package in part or in full to anyone not part of the school etc. is against copyright law and must not take place.
Networks
The site license also enables your school etc., to place the software on one or more networks for use at your site only.
If your computer network can be accessed by people outside your site or campus a special license will be required. A site License does not allow students to access the software from outside the campus.
Under no circumstances should the software be made available on the internet or to other schools, colleges or universities.
Teachers may install Newbyte software on their own computers for the express purpose of lesson preparation and lesson presentation. The use for private commercial purposes is not permitted.
